Exercise #3: My Calm Down Plan

Let’s face it – supervising children in an unstructured setting can be challenging! 

Since we all have feelings, sometimes you can feel frustrated, impatient, angry, exasperated, and disappointed (to name a few) when trying to keep students safe and engaged on the playground. 

Strong emotions (students’ and adults’) get in the way of problem solving.
